Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. To request a cancellation, please contact our support team immediately.
- Once an order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
Returns & Refunds
- Products can be returned if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
- Customers must raise a return request within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Once the return is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used, damaged, or altered products not covered under warranty.
- Items purchased under clearance or special offers (unless damaged/defective on delivery).
