An easiest to use
air paint gun!
Using the paint gun is easy whether you are
a professional painter or a DIY enthusiast. The nozzles have been adjusted to
the optimum atomization state at the factory, the paint has to be diluted and
stirred if it’s necessary before painting, and then you can start spraying
without any adjustment. This gun is used in demanding painting operations for
common furniture, cars, electronic and mechanical equipments.
It can be used to to spray enamels, stains,
lacquers even latex, sprays nearly everything on almost anything.
It sprays anywhere from 30 - 90 PSI, a good
general pressure to start spraying at is 50 PSI. The spraying distance should
be between 8 to 10 inch, and the viscosity 18±2 for best effect.
Paint Filtering
In the painting process effective paint filter recommended reducing
any small pieces of dried paint or pollutant in the fluids to ensure a perfect
finish. Debris can fall off a paint can lid into your mixture, but the filter
stops this. Never attempt to run unfiltered, dirty paint through a spray gun.
Easy to Use
The spray gun doesn't need any adjustment when spraying, and you
only need one of those tiny portable compressors. Attach it to an air compressor,
and pull the trigger, then the air will be blew out of the airflow nozzle and
sprays the atomized paint coming out of the feed nozzle. It is so simple and
works really great!
Clean the Nozzle
After every use, remember to clean the nozzle. If you do not do
this, it can be partially clogged by the remaining paint inside and affect
spraying, or on the worst cases, the nozzle can be totally clogged and you need
to replace it. Do not use a hard instrument such as a screwdriver to scrape the
paint away as this will likely cause damage to the nozzle!
